Direct Engineering & Precision Service for Malvern Panalytical XRF and XRD Systems

Expert Support Without the Corporate Theater

Founded by former OEM senior field engineers, RDS delivers direct, hands-on engineering support for your complete fleet of Malvern Panalytical and Philips XRF and XRD systems. No bureaucratic delays, no inflated sales pitches, and no premature obsolescence letters—just 200+ years of combined diagnostic expertise dedicated to keeping your critical laboratory instruments running at peak accuracy and maximum uptime.

Escape the EOL Trap

Did they send you an End-of-Life notice for your Axios, X'pert MPD, or MRD? We provide expert field service, electronics repair, and certified parts to keep your trusted system running.

Click for the "Un-Letter"

We've Read the EOL Letters—We Probably Helped Write Them.

When the OEM tells you parts for your X'Pert PRO and PW2400 are "no longer available," what they usually mean is "we'd rather sell you a new machine to hit our next quarterly target." We know these machines are still the industry workhorses. We provide dedicated XRF repair services and SuperQ software support to prove that old doesn't mean incapable. Don't be a line item in their next board meeting. Restore your system's peak performance.

American Expertise (No Call Centers)

When you call RDS, you talk directly with senior engineers who have physically worked on your exact optical path—not a script-reading remote call center.

Real Technicians, Not "Solution Consultants"

We left the corporate world to get back to what matters: fixing stuff. We offer manual drift calibration, intensity optimization, and actual boots-on-the-ground XRD and XRF repair services. No cloud monitoring, no subscriptions, just the 200+ years of combined experience that the "Big OEM" is currently busy downsizing. Contact us today at 630.229.3859 or info@rdsxray.com for immediate support.
